🚀 We're still curating great Mac apps. Official launch: November 12, 2026.

Mole
Clean Mac storage and AI tool leftovers, uninstall apps, analyze disk usage, and monitor system health.
Mole is a native macOS maintenance app that combines storage cleanup, app uninstallation, software updates, disk analysis, and system monitoring. It provides a graphical interface for reviewing files before removal and tracking Mac performance from the menu bar.
Clean storage and AI tool leftovers
- Clean: Scan app and browser caches, logs, old installers, uninstalled-app leftovers, and selected System Data items such as local Time Machine snapshots. Review what to remove, skip, or protect.
- AI Cleanup & Care: Find old caches and versions from Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and other AI tools, plus stale sessions and unused worktrees. Sessions and tools start unselected.
- Analyze: Explore disk usage in an interactive treemap, identify large folders, and move selected files to Trash.
Manage software and monitor your Mac
- Software: Uninstall apps with associated Library files, check updates from supported sources including Homebrew and the Mac App Store, and manage startup items.
- Optimize: Run maintenance for Quick Look, metadata, and selected macOS services, with checks that skip unsuitable tasks.
- Status: View CPU, GPU, memory, disk, network, battery, temperatures, and running processes. Optional menu bar metrics, screen tools, and fan controls on supported Macs are included.
Before installing
Mole requires macOS 14 or later and supports both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. Full Disk Access is needed for thorough scanning of restricted locations. Cache cleanup deletes files permanently by default, though Settings can send caches to Trash instead.
The Mac app costs $19 once for two Macs, with free updates and no subscription. Scans and system monitoring are free; each paid tool can be used twice before a license is required. The separate Mole CLI is free and open source, but the native Mac app is proprietary.
